If you are ready at this time to see if we can arrange for the Funding you are seeking you would need to provide us with some form of complete, written, documentation, (i.e. Business Plan, Financial Statements, Appraisals, etc.), in support of your Funding request which you should send, along with your cover letter--on your stationery, via e-mail attachment, (PDF files are best), to Offshorefunding@aol.com

Your cover letter should include and CONFIRM the following 4 points:

1. Complete legal name of company seeking funding along with all of their contact info.
2. Name and title of key principal, along with his/her contact info plus email.
3. Total amount of funding required and the desired currency.
4. Type of funding desired (i.e. debt, equity/investment, combination).

Within 4-business-days from the date we actually receive all of the above from you, we will know if we can arrange for the Funding you are seeking and will advise of such via e-mail attachment, which is known as our "Restricted Offer".

In the event we are able to arrange for the funding your group is seeking, we will charge a minimum retainer fee of US$25,000.00 for projects between US$2M and US$25M, which is paid prior to proceeding with the funding process.
